Registered chartists can vote on stocks' future trends. Stocks with high upvotes or downvotes are listed on the leaderboard page and serve as a market barometer for all users.
Ticker symbols are masked in voting process to avoid biases, only historical price and volume are displayed. Similar to Gym setup, users can select frequency, length of history, and length of horizon. Click up for bullish trends, down for bearish trends and skip if undecided.
Frequency: The time interval that produces one candlestick in a chart.
History: Number of years of historical market data presented in the chart. Minimum of one year and Maximum of five years.
Horizon: The time interval used in evaluating chartists' trend call. To receive positive score a prediction must happen within selected time horizon.
